The Fukuoka International Conference on Social Science and Sustainable Development 2027 will be held from 04–06 November 2027 in Fukuoka, Japan. Organized by the Social Science & Humanities Research Association (SSHRA), the annual conference aims to bring together researchers, academicians, scholars, policymakers, and professionals to discuss contemporary challenges and emerging trends in social sciences and sustainable development. The conference theme, “Borders and Resilience: Navigating the Globe for Better Integration,” focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to global issues including economics, governance, education, climate resilience, social change, migration, digital cultures, leadership, and environmental sustainability. The event will feature keynote speeches, parallel technical sessions, poster presentations, networking opportunities, and collaborative discussions designed to encourage international academic exchange and research partnerships. Selected papers and abstracts will be published with DOI support, and selected research contributions may be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals.
